Membership

• Members must be Malaysian citizens and at least 18 years of age. Membership types consist of Regular Members, Honorary Members, and Life Members.

• PMPSB's financial resources are from Entrance Fee RM 100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only), Annual Fee RM 200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Only), Lifetime Fee RM 1,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Only).

• The Annual Fee must be clear to the treasurer in advance within 7 days from the beginning of each year.

• The Lifetime Fee must be paid at the time of member application.

Cancellation of Membership

• Members who leave dues in arrears for more than two (2) years will receive a reminder letter signed by or representative of the Secretary, and will lose their privileges as members until the debt has been cleared.

• A member who leaves his debt amounting to more than the amount of fees for three (3) years automatically ceases to be a member of the organization and the Committee can order that legal action be taken against him provided they are satisfied that the member has received a statement regarding his debt first.

• The Committee has the power to fix re-entry fees for anyone who has had his membership forfeited due to debt.

• Members who want to stop being members of the Organization must give a written statement 2 weeks in advance to the Secretary and explain all their debts.

 

Special Fees, Fundraisers, Donation Types

• Special fees/collection of money from members for certain matters can be collected with the consent of the general meeting of members.

• If any member fails to pay the dues within the stipulated period, then the money will be considered the same as the annual dues debt.

• Members are allowed to make donations in the form of money and goods.

• Accepting donations in the form of money and goods. Contributions in the form of money must be declared clearly and accurately in the organization's Annual Statement.
